Hutch Home Co. (Hutch Home, LLC) ("Hutch Home Co.," "we," "us") offers a text messaging program (the "Program") that sends promotions, product updates, restock alerts, and other marketing messages to customers who opt in. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
You can join the Program by submitting your mobile number through our website sign-up form, in-store sign-up, or by texting a keyword we provide to our program number. By joining, you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies based on promotions, restocks, and other updates. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan. Hutch Home Co. is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving these messages.
You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further messages from the Program unless you opt back in.

The Program is supported on major US wireless carriers. We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver messages, but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase. You can shop with us and receive service regardless of whether you join the Program.
Your mobile number and any information you share with us through the Program are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms. Please check back here for the latest version.
