what's the difference between Hutch Home Co and Hutch Design Build?

From the first sketch to the final styled shelf, our sister companies work hand in hand to bring your dream home to life. Hutch Design Build leads the way with full-scope design, from new builds and remodels all the way through to furnishings, while Hutch Home Co. steps in with curated home goods and personalized furnishing design to add warmth, comfort, and style. Together, we create spaces that are not only beautifully built, but thoughtfully lived in.

what is the scope of your design service?

We provide creative advice and design direction, but stop where a contractor’s expertise is required.

what about installation, wallpaper, contractor services and home visits?

Hutch Home's furnishing design services do not include these at this time. However, these services may be able through Hutch Design + Build.

what do you need from me during the design process?

To ensure a smooth and successful project, we need your help on a few things.

Take Measurements – Provide accurate measurements of your space for floor planning.

Share Inspiration – Send us images, mood boards, or notes that capture your vision and style.

Oversee Delivery & Setup – Receive furnishings, oversee delivery, and use provided design documents to set up your space.

Manage Contractors – Hire and coordinate with any contractors if painting, electrical, or other work is needed.

how do I measure my space accurately?

Our team will provide instructions regarding how we recommend measuring your space. If you need additional help, please feel free to reach out.

how long will I have to wait for my furniture to arrive once ordered?

Lead times are dependent on if your item is in stock from the vendor we are working with. Our team will work as fast as possible to get you an estimate on shipping times.

do you offer white glove delivery?

This is available for purchased furnishings upon request from a third party; pricing is calculated at the time of order.
