Our sister company, Hutch Design + Build, completed a full interior and exterior remodel of this stunning 5,112 sq ft home on the 10th green of Ptarmigan Golf Community — and we provided the curated furnishings and styling throughout.
Highlights include a custom kitchen with layered cabinetry, an arched-entry wet bar with brass detailing, a stone fireplace with custom built-ins, a lower-level golf simulator lounge, a primary suite sauna and steam shower, and a new pool with herringbone paver hardscape.

Hutch Home Co is proud to welcome Pat Pilkington for Art Walk September 4th. A graduate of Schissler's Institute of Art, Pilkington works primarily in oils and pastel, with a classical focus on landscape, portraiture, and the human figure. A Colorado local with a deep love for the outdoors, she comes from a creative family and says she feels most at home when she's creating — or surrounded by others who are. Her goal, in her own words, is simple: to create "a little slice of heaven for the viewer's soul."

James' main focus is oil painting, however he is accomplished in acrylic and watercolor. He works in other mediums as well, including ceramics, sculpture, drawing and photography.
