Hutch Home Co. is thrilled to be featured in this year's Northern Colorado Parade of Homes! Our sister company, Hutch Design + Build, completed a full interior and exterior remodel of this stunning 5,112 sq ft home on the 10th green of Ptarmigan Golf Community — and we provided the curated furnishings and styling throughout.
Highlights include a custom kitchen with layered cabinetry, an arched-entry wet bar with brass detailing, a stone fireplace with custom built-ins, a lower-level golf simulator lounge, a primary suite sauna and steam shower, and a new pool with herringbone paver hardscape.
Stop by and see our work in person, September 11th-13th from 10am-5pm.

This October, Hutch Home Co. is proud to welcome Melanie Damore to First Friday Art Walk. A Colorado-based oil painter, muralist, and educator (and owner of Denver Art Days, LLC), Damore's work is rooted in a deep connection to the outdoors - from Colorado's iconic 14er peaks to quiet alpine lakes and shifting mountain light. Using exaggerated color and atmospheric energy, she paints not just what a landscape looks like, but what it feels like to stand inside it.
Damore says of her work "My work is an invitation to slow down and notice the little things: wispy clouds drifting across the sky, wildflowers beginning to wilt, the unexpected colors hidden in a rocky trail, and the quiet beauty of a place that might otherwise go unnoticed."
Join us for an evening of art and community as we celebrate Damore's work at Hutch Home Co. during Fort Collins' First Friday Art Walk.

Hutch Home Co is proud to welcome Pat Pilkington for Art Walk September 4th. A graduate of Schissler's Institute of Art, Pilkington works primarily in oils and pastel, with a classical focus on landscape, portraiture, and the human figure. A Colorado local with a deep love for the outdoors, she comes from a creative family and says she feels most at home when she's creating — or surrounded by others who are. Her goal, in her own words, is simple: to create "a little slice of heaven for the viewer's soul."
Join us for an evening of art and community as we celebrate Pilkington's work during Fort Collins' First Friday Art Walk, hosted at Hutch Home Co. Find out more about Pat and her artwork at patpilkingtonfineart.com
